Eligibility Policy: We will review your details against HEMA Ratings at the point of purchase to ensure you're eligibility. If you are found to be ineligible, your ticket will be refunded.
Refund Policy: Only one ticket per weapon tournament per customer, any duplications of tickets will be cancelled and refunded to you. Refunds are available until Sunday 18th January 2026, no refunds will be issued past this date and your place will be made available to the next person on the waiting list or a nominated person of your choice (providing they meet entry criteria) should there be no one on the waiting list.
